We are absolutely delighted to have been invited to see the Biscay 36 moulds that this yard used to build the last Biscay 36 in 1990.
We are currently refitting two Biscay 36s for the 2018 Golden Globe Race, both of which were built by Falmouth Boat Co. Read more.
The moulds are near Redruth and as you can see from the photos, have been somewhat taken over by the Cornish jungle. We are so pleased to have seen them as they are an important part of our yard's history - and as we refit the boats for the global circumnavigation - our present. One of them could even win the Golden Globe - so the future's looking pretty bright too!
