Falmouth Boat Co. repaired extensive damage to this dive vessel after a cylinder of oxygen exploded and caused a cylinder of dry powder to explode simultaneously.
The ambulance boat for the Isles of Scilly had suffered port engine failure and Falmouth Boat Co. was commissioned to fix the problem and to refit this vital vessel.
At the end of last year we refitted Spirit of St Agnes, a catamaran ferry that transfers passengers around the Scillies.
We've worked on RNLI lifeboats for more than 25 years but this was our first time working on the new class, the Tamar 47.
